5. Approval of Minutes of the December regular meeting.

7. High School Student Council update report.

8. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraisers.

8.1. Junior Class to raise money for program/Misti Tyler.

8.2. AHS Band to raise money for program/Jessica Stone & Jonathan Dean. (3)

8.3. Wrestling to raise money for program/John Holten.

8.4. Band Boosters to raise money for trip to Alamo Bowl/Lisa Horse & Jessica Stone.

9. Strategic Plan Goal Area 1 presentation.

10. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to conduct the annual superintendent evaluation and discuss renewal of contract for superintendent for the 2020-2021 school year. 25 O.S. 307B (1).

11. Vote to reconvene in open session.

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Jerry McCormick as Superintendent and Daniel Pittman as Assistant Superintendent for the 2020-2021 school year.

13. Vote to approve or disapprove the resignations of Elizabeth Orrell, Special Education Aide at High School and Chris Paddlety as Head Football Coach.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the revision of District Policiy DI-Leave.
