1. Call to Order.

4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the September regular meeting.

6. Public Comments.

7. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trip request and fundraisers:

7.1. FFA overnight trip request for livestock judging and speech contest in Goodwell, OK/Ryan Freeman. 

7.2. Middle School STUCO to raise money for the program/Bethanee Lara.

7.3. FCCLA to raise money for the program/Jacquelyn Smith. 

7.4. High School Academic Team to raise money for the program/Tanya Crawford. 

7.5. High School STUCO to raise money for the program/Sandi Zinn. 

7.6. Boys Track to raise money for the program/James Sutteer. 

8. Vote to approve or disapprove the school days/hours policy for the 2026-2027 school year.

9. Vote to approve or disapprove the budget for the 2026-2027 school year.

10. Consideration and possible board action to modify the section 125 plan to offer Pre-Med Defender as an option to staff. 

11. Consideration and vote to elect or not elect the following as the new member of the board of directors of the Oklahoma Public School Investment Interlocal Cooperative (55K001). 

12. Discussion and possible board action to pass the 2027 Annual School Election Resolution for Board Position Ward #1 and also for the unexpired term with 3 years remaining for Board Position Ward #5.  Filing for the Board positions is set for Monday, December 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. and will end at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2026. 

13. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Mefaunwey Antonio, Paraprofessional at East Elementary, for the 2026–2027 school year.
