7. Approval of Minutes of the August regular meeting.

9. Vote to approve or disapprove of the following overnight trip and fundraisers:

9.1. FFA overnight trip to Tulsa, OK for the Tulsa State Fair/Ryan Freeman. 

9.2. East Elementary to raise money for the program/Amy Mears.

9.3. Mission Library to raise money for the program/David Adams. (2) 

9.4. Archery to raise money for the program/Robert Bohn.

9.5. Academic team to raise money for the program/Christy Teel.

Vote to approve or disapprove the adoption and/or revision of District Policies: DABB (Records Investigation), DABB-E (Affidavit of Good Standing), DEC-R7 (Maternity Leave), DHAC (Staff Members & Electronic or Digital Communications), EFEAA (Artificial Intelligence Systems & Tools Use in the School District), EIA-R4 (Student Retention), EKBA (Strong Readers Act), FE (Student Transfers), FEG (Children of Active-Duty Military Members), FFG (Reporting Suspected Child Abuse and/or Neglect), FNG (Personal Electronic Devices).

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2026-2027 Estimate of Needs and Financial Statement of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026. 

15. Vote to approve or disapprove the transfer of $280.00 from the High School Activity Fund, Sub-Account 028 – AHS FISH Club, to High School Activity Fund, Sub-Account 020 – AHS FCA.

16. Vote to approve or disapprove the appointment of the following individuals to serve on the Gifted and Talented Program Advisory Committee for the 2026–2027 school year: Jeff Barrett, Brooke Laurenzana, Michael Millard, Siearra Jackson, David Adams, Larry Nunn.

17. Vote to approve or disapprove the declaration of the following as surplus for disposal: 25 cafeteria tables. 

18. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss employee contracts for 2026-2027 school year. 25 O.S. 307B(1)

20. Vote to approve or disapprove of the resignation of Teresa Ferguson, Special Education Paraprofessional at Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year.
