4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the May regular meeting.

6. Public Comments.

7. Vote to approve or disapprove of the following overnight trips and fundraisers:

7.1. Request for an overnight school trip to the FFA Alumni Camp in Wagoner, OK/Ryan Freeman. 

7.2. Request for an overnight school trip for FFA Livestock Judging in Stillwater, OK/Ryan Freeman. 

8. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss employment of  personnel for the 2026-2027 school year as allowed by 25 O.S. 307B (1).

9. Vote to reconvene in open session.

10. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the resignations of Samantha Young, 1st Grade Teacher at East Elementary; Gaye Moore, Special Education Teacher at East Elementary. 

11. Vote to approve or disapprove of the following for employment: Abigayle Jenkins, Sunset Elementary Kindergarten Paraprofessional; Adam Foster, East Elementary 3rd Grade Teacher; Elizabeth Litchford, Mission Elementary 5th Grade Reading Teacher; Mallory Connywerdy, Mission Elementary 4th Grade Math Teacher; Laura Sage, Mission Elementary Teacher; Marci Adkisson Middle School Special Education Teacher; Kathy Hopen, Middle School 6th Grade English Teacher; Becca Waller, Middle and High School Band Teacher and Assistant Band Director; Walter Kerrick, High School Life Science and Financial Literacy Teacher; for the 2026-2027 school year. 

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the following adjunct teachers for the 2026–2027 school year:

13. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove bids as submitted by insurance agents for the district property, casualty, vehicle, and workers' compensation insurance, with coverage to begin on July 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027 school year.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove authorizing Jerry McCormick as the district purchasing agent for 2026-2027.

15. Vote to approve or disapprove authorizing Jerry McCormick as the Title VII, Impact Aid Administrator for 2026-2027.

16. Vote to approve or disapprove authorizing Danny Pittman as the Federal Programs Representative for Projects 375, 376, 421, 511, 541, 552, 553, 587, 613, 615, 621, 641, 722, and 788 for the 2026-2027 school year.

17. Vote to approve or disapprove the request for deregulation of library services OAC210:35-5-71, OAC210:35-7-61, and OAC210-3509-71 for the 2026-2027 school year.

18. Vote to approve or disapprove the school days/hours policy for the 2026-2027 school year.

19. Vote to approve or disapprove all schools student handbooks and athletics handbooks for the 2026-2027 school year.

20. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Sublease Agreement dated August 1, 2014, between the District and Caddo County Educational Facilities Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, as required under the provisions of the agreement.
