1. Call to Order.

2. Roll Call.

3. Flag Salute.

4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Reorganization of the Board of Education; appoint a president, vice president, and clerk.

6. Approval of Minutes of the March regular meeting.

7. Public Comments.

8. Consideration, discussion, and possible action to award bid packages 1-15 with alternates for the Middle School and Oklahoma Street Gym renovation projects, and assign those packages to Joe D Hall GC, LLC construction manager at risk. 

9. Vote to approve or disapprove of the following overnight trip and fundraisers:

9.1. Request for an overnight school trip for State FFA Convention/Ryan Freeman. 

9.2. Special Olympics Team overnight trip to Stillwater for the Special Olympics summer games in May/Kathy Kappelle.

9.3. High School Band to raise money for the program/Jessica Stone. (2) 

9.4. Softball to raise money for the program/Terra Funk.

9.5. Baseball to raise money for the program/Jordan Troxell.

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the grant application for the teacher empowerment program.  

11. Vote to approve or disapprove the Energy Savings Plan with Ideal Impact.   

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the Temporary Appropriations for the 2026–2027 school year. 

13. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss certified, non-certified and adjunct personnel for the 2026-2027 school year. 25 O.S. 307B (1).

14. Vote to convene in open session. 

15. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Seth Sechrist in the maintenance department for the remainder of the current fiscal year (2025-2026).

16. Vote to approve or disapprove the resignations of Demetri Hook Special Ed Paraprofessional at East Elementary, effective immediately 3-30-2026; Madison Williams, Paraprofessional at Sunset, effective April 17th, 2026; and Madison Pena, Paraprofessional at Sunset; Chanda Partee, 2nd Grade Teacher at East Elementary; Beverly Bulin, Special Education Teacher at High School; Oliva East, Art Teacher at High School; Jessica Stone, Music Teacher at High School; effective at the end of the 2025-2026 school year.

17. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2026-2027 employment contracts for all recommended certified, non-certified, and adjunct personnel. (See lists)

18. Vote to approve or disapprove the declaration of emergency and resolution regarding the gymnasium floor at Warrior Fieldhouse.    

19. Approval of warrants, change orders, and purchase orders for March.
