4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the July regular meeting.

6. Public Comments.

7. Vote to approve or disapprove following overnight trip request and fundraisers:

7.1. Overnight school trip request for Indian Club to attend the Native Connections Youth Summit in Maryland.

7.2. Anadarko High School to raise money for program/Danny Harris.

7.3. Junior class to raise money for program/Courtney Stone.

7.4. AMS 4-H to raise money for program/Kelley McGlothlin.(2)

7.5. Mission Elementary Library to raise money for program/David Adams.

7.6. Sunset Elementary to raise money for program/Jeff Barrett.

7.7. Special Services Program to raise money for program/Angela Toyebo.

7.8. Football program to raise money for program/Kent Jackson.

7.9. Boys basketball to raise money for program/Doug Schumpert. (3)

7.10. AMS and AHS Cheer to raise money for program/Cindy Young. (6)

8. Vote to approve or disapprove ODCTE Contract for Career and Technology Education Programs for School Year 2024-2025.

9. Vote to approve or disapprove the Entry Year Teacher-Mentor assignments for 2024-2025.

10. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss employment of personnel for 2024-2025 school year as allowed by 25 O.S. 307B (1).

11. Vote to reconvene in open session.

12. Motion to approve or disapprove the Contract Agreement with Collier Education Consulting, LLC (dba Educational Consulting Services), Kim Collier for educational consulting services for the 2024-2025 school year. 

13. Vote to accept the retirement of Everett Sadongei, High School JOM Aide and, resignation of  Donna Drinnon, High School English Teacher.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the following for employment: Elizabeth Young, Personnel Clerk; Kevin Botone, ISD Teacher, 7th grade and High School football; Jada Silverhorn, 3rd grade teacher; and Bailey McCabe, East Elementary Para-professional for the 2024-2025 year.

15. Vote to approve or disapprove Shelly Williams as a part-time Adjunct Teacher for Mission Elementary Music and Payten Anderson as an Adjunct Teacher for Sunset & East Elementary Music for the 2024-2025 school year.
