7. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trip and fundraisers:

7.1. FFA overnight trip to Tulsa, OK for livestock show and judging contest/Ryan Freeman. 

7.2. Mission Elementary Library to raise money for program/David Adams. 

7.3. Junior Class to raise money for program/Courtney Stone. (3) 

7.4. High School Yearbook to raise money for program/Lori Sneed.

7.5. High School National Honor Society to raise money for program/Chellie Mollenkopf.

7.6. High School Student Council to raise money for program/Sandi Zinn. (4)

7.7. AHS Art to raise money for program/Olivia East. (3)

7.8. AHS Band to raise money for program/Jessica Stone.

7.9. Football to raise money for program/Kent Jackson.

7.10. Tennis to raise money for program/Laci Tompkins. (3)

8. Presentation by High School Principal Danny Harris on selection of ACT for the 2023-24 school year. 

9. Vote to approve or disapprove the updated Disaster Plan as submitted.

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the Estimate of Needs for the 2023-24 school year.

11. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss employee contracts for 2023-2024 school year. 25 O.S. 307B(1)

12. Vote to reconvene in open session.

13. Vote to approve or disapprove the resignation of Ashleigh Connally, Special Education Aide, effective September 6, 2023; and Ashley Dolch, Special Education Aide, effective September 9, 2023.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Jacquelyn Smith, Adjunct Family and Consumer Science Teacher for grades 6-12; and Payten Anderson, Adjunct Part-Time Elementary Music Teacher for grades Pre-K and Kindergarten, for the 2023-2024 school year.

15. Vote to approve or disapprove the employee contracts for 2023-2024 school year.

16. Discussion and possible action to approve ESSR III plan.
