12. Vote to approve or disapprove the declaration of the following as surplus for disposal: 1993 Ford F150 XLT, 1994 GMC Pickup, 1999 Chevrolet Pickup, 2005 Blue Bird E-450 Micro Bus, and 2010 Chevrolet Impala.

13. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Sublease Agreement dates August 1, 2014 between the District and Caddo County Educational Facilities Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 as required under the provisions of the agreement.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the following for employment: Justin Chandler, 6th Grade Math; Samantha Parker, 8th Grade Math; Paige Jackson, High School Physical Science; and Jennifer Merritt, Director of Alternative Education for the 2023-2024 school year.
