5. Approval of Minutes of the July regular meeting.

6. Approval of Minutes of the August special meeting.

7. Public Comments.

8. Vote to approve or disapprove following fundraisers:

8.1. FFA program to raise money for program/Ryan Freeman.

8.2. AHS Band program to raise money for program/Jessica Stone. (3)

8.3. Boys basketball to raise money for program/Doug Schumpert. (4)

8.4. AMS and AHS Cheer to raise money for program/Cindy Young. (5)

9. Vote to approve or disapprove ODCTE Contract for Career and Technology Education Programs for School Year 2022-2023.

10. Motion to approve or disapprove the Contract Agreement with Collier Education Consulting, LLC (dba Educational Consulting Services), Kim Collier for educational consulting services for the 2022-2023 school year. 

11. Vote to approve or disapprove the Entry Year Teacher-Mentor assignments for 2022-2023.

12. Vote to accept the resignations of Roberta Hawkins, East Elementary Special Education Teacher; and Socorro Morales, Middle School Paraprofessional.

13. Vote to approve or disapprove the following for employment: Gaye Moore, Special Education Teacher at East Elementary; Blanca Aguiler, 8th grade Science teacher; Courtney Smith, Technology Education teacher at Middle School and High School; Sarah Edmondson Nunn, Middle School Secretary; and Courtney Walker Middle School Teacher's Aid for the 2022-2023 year.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the payment of a one-time, non-recurring, Retention and Sign-on Stipend for staff.
