7. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trips and fundraisers:

7.1. FFA overnight trip to Warner, OK for Alumni Camp/Ryan Freeman.

7.2. FFA overnight trip to Stillwater, OK for Livestock Judging contest/Ryan Freeman.

7.3. Sunset Elementary to raise money for program/Jeff Barrett.

7.4. East Elementary to raise money for program/Angela Toyebo. (5)

7.5. Mission Elementary to raise money for program/Leah Bauman. (4)

8. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss employment of personnel for the 2022-2023 school year as allowed by 25 O.S. 307B (1).

10. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the resignations of Melissa Ladymon, PreK Teacher; Marnie Hackney, 1st grade Teacher; Adam Heilman, Middle School Art Teacher; Misti Tyler, High School Counselor and Senior English Teacher; and Cynthia Lange, Food Service.

Vote to approve or disapprove the following for employment: Ashley Stroud, Kindergarten teacher; Toni Galbreath, 2nd grade teacher; Chanda Partee', 2nd grade teacher; Jason Cunningham, East Elementary Special Education teacher and Head Wrestling coach; Jerica Baker, 7th grade Literature teacher; Laci Tompkins, Middle School Art teacher; James Sutteer, High School Biology/Chemistry teacher; Sherry Holdge, High School Counselor; Kylie Parker School Nurse and Assistant Girl's Basketball coach, Tracie Walker, Bus Driver; and Toby Tags, High School custodian for the 2022-2023 school year.

12. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove bids as submitted by insurance agents for the district property, casualty, vehicle, and workers' compensation insurance, with coverage to begin on July 1, 2022, for the 2022-2023 school year.

13. Vote to approve or disapprove authorizing Jerry McCormick as the district purchasing agent for 2022-2023.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove authorizing Jerry McCormick as the Title VII, Impact Aid Administrator for 2022-2023.

15. Vote to approve or disapprove authorizing Danny Pittman as the Federal Programs Representative for Projects 421, 511, 541, 552, 553, 587, 621, 628, 641, 643, 722, 793 and 795 for the 2022-2023 school year.

16. Vote to approve or disapprove request for deregulation of library services OAC210:35-5-71, OAC210:35-7-61, and OAC210-3509-71 for the 2022-2023 school year.

17. Vote to approve or disapprove the school days/hours policy for the 2022-2023 school year.

18. Vote to approve or disapprove all sites' student handbooks and athletics handbooks for the 2022-2023 school year.

19. Consideration, discussion and possible board action to award bid package on Video Surveillance, Access Control and Vape Detectors.

20. Vote to approve or disapprove the declaration of 170 personal computers (tower and power cord only) as surplus for disposal.
