1. Call to Order.

4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the April regular meeting.

6. Public Comments.

7. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraisers:

7.1. Boys basketball program to raise money for program/Doug Schumpert. (3)

7.2. AMS and AHS cheerleaders to raise money for program/Cindy Young. (3)

8. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss certified, non-certified and adjunct personnel for the 2021-2022 school year. 25 O.S. 307B (1).

9. Vote to reconvene in open session.

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2021-2022 employment contracts for all recommended certified, non-certified and adjunct personnel. (See lists)

11. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the resignations of Audra Peterson, Mission Elementary Teacher; Mary Barrington, Mission Elementary Teacher; Amy Woodward, Pre-K Teacher; LaTisha Matlock, Middle School Counselor;Jonny Dean, Assistant Band Director; Lynita Sanders, Food Service; Carolyn Daugherty, Food Service; and Travis Birch, Bus Driver, effective the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Kelsey Schumpert, History Teacher/Girls Basketball Coach; Toy Pendarvis, Family and Consumer Science Teacher; Heather Strand, 4th and 5th grade Music Teacher; Lori Graham, 2nd grade Teacher; Shyanne Holmes, 2nd grade Teacher; Stephanie Koper, 3rd grade Teacher; Bruce Williams, 3rd grade Teacher; Janice Dennis, East Elementary Teachers Aide; and Alyssa Gibson, Sunset Teachers Aide for the 2021-2022 school year.
