5. Approval of Minutes of the July regular meeting.

6. Public Comments.

7. Vote to approve or disapprove following fundraisers:

7.1. Sunset Library to raise money for program/Rhonda Bellmay.

7.2. FCCLA to raise money for program/LuAnn Kuhlman.

7.3. Technology Student Association to raise money for program/Robert Rutherford. (2)

7.4. Football to raise money for program/Chris Paddlety. (2)

7.5. Boys basketball to raise money for program/Doug Schumpert. (4)

7.6. High School  and Middle School Cheerleaders to raise money for program/Cindy Young, April Williams, Andrea Wall and JoAnna Scrivner. (8)

8. Presentation of Strategic Plan Goal Area 1/Student Achievement .

9. Vote to approve or disapprove ODCTE Contract for Career and Technology Education Programs for School Year 2019-2020.

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the Entry Year Teacher-Mentor assignments for 2019-2020.

11. Vote to approve or disapprove the revision of District Policies:  DG-Alcohol and Drug Free Workplace and Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing; DG-1-Employee Alcohol and/or Drug Testing: Bus Drivers; and DG-2-Drug-Free Workplace Notice.

12. Vote to approve or disapprove to declare the 1999 Ford Taurus with VIN 1FAFP53U1XA212918, 1997 GMC Box Van with VIN 1GDGG31W7V1023691 and two portable buildings at East Elementary as surplus for disposal.

13. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss the employment of certified and support vacancies for the 2019-2020 school year as allowed by 25 O.S. 307B (1).

14. Vote to reconvene in open session.

15. Vote to approve or disapprove David Sullivan as an Adjunct Teacher for Kiowa Language.

16. Vote to accept the resignations of Alison Gerst, Encumbrance Clerk; Jan Matthes, Middle School Special Education Aid; and Courtney Epton, High School Special Education Aid.

17. Vote to approve or disapprove the following for employment: Jennifer Church, 5th Grade Reading Teacher; Courtney Stone, High School Secretary; and Teri Igo, Encumbrance Clerk for the 2019-2020 year.
