April 12, 2021 at 6:00 PM - Board of Education Regular Meeting

1. Call to Order.

2. Administer Oath of Office and Loyalty Oath to elected board member Jerry Marcum. 70 O.S. § 5-116, S.L.O. §66

3. Roll Call.

4. Flag Salute.

5. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

6. Reorganization of the Board of Education; appoint a president, vice president, and clerk.

7. Approval of Minutes of the March regular meeting.

8. Public Comments.

9. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraisers:

9.1. FFA to raise money for program/Ryan Freeman.  

9.2. Mission Elementary to raise money for program/Leah Bauman.

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the Temporary Appropriations for the 2021-2022 school year. 

11. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2021-2022 High School Academic Math, Science, and Computer Applications Credit Agreement with Caddo Kiowa Technology Center.

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the Open Transfers for the 2021-2022 school year.

13. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss employment of personnel vacancies as allowed by 25.O.S.307B (1).

14. Vote to convene in open session. 

15. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the resignations and/or retirement of the following:  Pam Martin, Half-time Music Teacher at Sunset Elementary; Becky Hughes, East Elementary teacher; Kyndall Dolch, East Elementary teacher; Deborah Tahsuda, Middle School teacher; Jeff Zinn, High School teacher/Girls Basketball coach; and Glen Kocher, East Elementary custodian.  

16. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Kirk Graham, Girls Basketball Coach; Chellie Mollenkopf, High School English; Laura Headley, High School Spanish; Andrew Duncan, High School Science; and Ray Headley, High School Science for the 2021-2022 school year.

17. Consideration, discussion and possible action to hire Joe D. Hall GC, LLC as construction manager at risk for the HVAC replacement project.
