1. Call to Order.

2. Roll Call.

3. Flag Salute led by AMS Student Council and special music presentation by East Elementary students. 

4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the April regular meeting.

6. Public Comments.

7. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraisers:

7.1. AHS Softball to raise money for program/Jordan Troxell.

7.2. AHS Tennis to raise money for program/Adrian Davis.

7.3. AHS Wrestling to raise money for program/John Holten.

7.4. AHS Girls Basketball to raise money for program/Jeff Zinn & Katie Cantrell.

7.5. AHS Boys Basketball to raise money for program/Doug Schumpert.

8. Strategic Plan Goal Area 4 & 5 presentation.

9. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss employment of  personnel for the 2019-2020 school year. 25 O.S. 307B (1).

10. Vote to reconvene in open session.

11. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the resignations of Spencer Strand, AMS & AHS Band  teacher & Guitar Ensemble Director; Winona (Diane) Martin, High School Secretary; Kirby Ladyman, High School English teacher; Tommy Washington, High School History teacher & baseball coach; Andrea Harding, Middle School Science teacher; Carlder Stevenson, Mission Elementary Teacher's Aide; and Amber Romero; East Elementary teacher.

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the following for employment for the 2019-2020 school year: Misti Tyler, High School English teacher and Patrick Davis, Sunset Elementary teacher.
