1. Call to Order.

2. Roll Call.

3. Flag Salute.

4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the February regular meeting.

6. Public Comments.

7. National Indian Education Association and Communities In Schools to address the board in regard to the college and career readiness grant that was awarded to Anadarko Public Schools.

8. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trip request and fundraisers:

8.1. Boys Golf overnight trip to Ardmore, OK for golf tournament on April 21, 2019/John Holten.

8.2. FFA to raise money for program/Ryan Freeman.

8.3. Junior Class to raise money for program/Chelsey Dorrough. (2)

9. Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $805,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of the School District.

10. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the resignations of Kassandra Chew, Sunset Elementary Teacher; April Taylor, Sunset Elementary Teacher; Delma Threadgill, Mission Elementary & Middle School Music Teacher; Tishina Mindemann, Middle School Teacher; and Tho Thi Bilyeu, Middle School Custodian.

11. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss and review applicants for the vacated board seat Ward 5 as allowed by 70 O.S. 5-118.

12. Vote to reconvene in open session.
