5. Approval of Minutes of the December regular meeting.

7. Vote on the following items for action and/or discussion:

7.1. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraisers.

7.1.1. High School and Middle School Tennis to raise money for program/Adrian Davis.

7.1.2. High School Softball to raise money for program/Jordan Troxell.

7.1.3. Black Heritage Club to raise money for program/Adrian Davis.

7.1.4. High School 4-H to raise money for program/Beverly Bulin.

7.1.5. Middle School Student Council to raise money for program/Gina Taylor.

7.1.6. Middle School 4-H to raise money for program/Amanda Hrbacek.

7.1.7. East Elementary Library to raise money for program/Teresa Stone.

7.1.8. Band Boosters to raise money for program/Lisa Horse.

8. Strategic Plan Goal Area 1 presentation.

9. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to conduct the annual superintendent evaluation and discuss renewal of contract for superintendent for the 2019-2020 school year. 25 O.S. 307B (1).

10. Vote to reconvene in open session.

11. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Jerry McCormick as Superintendent and Daniel Pittman as Assistant Superintendent for the 2019-2020 school year.

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the resignations of Raven Cook, Special Education Aide at Middle School and Skip Hamill, Ward 5 School Board Member.

13. Presentation of School Board Recognition Certificates in honor of National School Board Recognition Month.
