4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the October regular meeting.

6. Audience Comments.

7. Sanders, Bledsoe & Hewett to present audit for 2017-2018 school year and vote to accept or not accept audit as presented.

8. Presentation by Avid Students.

9. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trips and fundraisers.

9.1. Overnight trip request for Intermediate Band/Spencer Strand.

9.2. Overnight trip request for High School Band/Jessica Stone.

9.3. Fundraiser request for AMS Yearbook/Kelley McGlothlin to raise money for program.

9.4. Fundraiser request for FFA/Ryan Freeman to raise money for program.

9.5. Fundraiser requests for Band Boosters/Lisa Horse to raise money for program. (2)

10. Vote to approve or disapprove a new activity account for Middle School Yearbook.

11. Strategic Plan Goal Area 4 Presentation.

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the Joint Program Agreement with Caddo Kiowa Technology Center and Anadakro Public Schools to provide a Focused Field of Study STEM Pathway with Math and Science credit to Anadarko High School students.

13. Vote to approve or disapprove dates for 2019 School Board Meetings.

14. Discussion and possible board action to pass 2019 Annual School Election Resolution for Board Position Ward #4. Filing for Board position is set for December 3-5, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
