4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the March regular meeting.

6. Approval of Minutes of the March special meeting.

7. Approval of Minutes of the April special meeting

8. Audience Comments.

9. Vote on the following items for action and/or discussion:

9.1. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trip requests and fundraisers:

9.1.1. High School overnight trip request to Special Olympics in Stillwater.

9.1.2. Anadarko Middle School Choir overnight trip request to Tri-State in Enid.

9.1.3. Anadarko Middle School Honor Choir overnight trip request to Tri-State in Enid.

9.1.4. Special Education overnight trip request to Camp of the Champs at Quartz Mountains.

9.1.5. FFA to raise money for program.

9.1.6. High School Band to raise money for program.

9.1.7. High School Student Council to raise money for program.

9.2. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss certified, non-certified and adjunct personnel for the 2018-2019 school year. 25 O.S. 307B (1).

9.3. Vote to reconvene in open session.

9.4. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2018-2019 employment contracts for all recommended certified, non-certified and adjunct personnel. (See lists)

9.5. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the resignation and retirement of the following: Valerie Marshall, Sunset; Stephani Pollock, East; Cathy Lonewolf, Mission; Mack Powers and Lacey Brooks, High School; and Cathy Alley, Food Service.

9.6. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2018-2019 High School Academic Math , Science, and Computer Applications Credit Agreement with Caddo Kiowa Technology Center.

9.7. Vote to approve or disapprove the revision of District Policy CC: Procurement

9.8. Vote to approve or disapprove the District Gifted/Talented Plan.

9.9. Vote to approve or disapprove the Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Anadarko for a School Resource Officer.

9.10. Vote to approve or disapprove the Open Transfers for the 2018-2019 school year.
