5. Approval of Minutes of the July meeting.

6. Audience Comments.

7. Vote on the following items for action and/or discussion:

7.1. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraisers:

7.1.1. Sunset Elementary to raise money for program. (4)

7.1.2. Sunset Library to raise money for program.

7.1.3. Middle School Choir to raise money for program.

7.1.4. High School Student Council to raise money for program.

7.1.5. Boys Basketball to raise money for program. (5)

7.1.6. High School Band to raise money for program.

7.1.7. Middle School Band and High School Guitar & Percussion to raise money for program.

7.1.8. Middle School and High School Cheerleaders to raise money for program. (11)

7.2. Vote to approve or disapprove transfer of funds in the amount of $700.00 from High School Band Activity Account to Middle School Band Activity Account.

7.3. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of resignations from Casey Gordon and Kay Ross, Sunset; Kelly Glidden, Food Service; and Dorman Parsons and DeDe Anderson, High School.

7.4. Vote to approve or disapprove the following for employment: Erin Jenkins and Marcye Irving, Paraprofessionals; Kevin Botone, Teacher at Middle School; and Jordan Troxell, Teacher at High School.

7.5. Vote to approve or disapprove ODCTE Contract for Career and Technology Education Programs for School Year 2017-2018.

7.6. Vote to approve or disapprove closing site code 715, The Academy, to now function under site code 705, Anadarko High School.

7.7. Vote to approve or disapprove the Entry Year Teacher Mentor Teacher Assignments and Committees for 2017-2018.
