4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the February meeting.

6. Audience Comments.

7. Vote on the following items for action and/or discussion:

7.1. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trip and fundraisers:

7.1.1. AHS Academic Team Overnight Trip Request to attend National Academic Quizbowl Tournament.

7.1.2. Middle School Choir to raise money for program.

7.2. Administer Oath of Office and Loyalty Oath to elected board member Renee Hill.

7.3. Reorganization of the Board of Education; appoint a president, vice president, and clerk.

7.4. Vote to approve or disapprove the district calendar for the 2017-2018 school year.

7.5. Vote to approve or disapprove the retirement of Kathy Gonzalez and Marion Hughes, Food Service.

7.6. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss certified personnel for the 2017-2018 school year. 25 O>S. 307B (1).

7.7. Vote to reconvene in open session.

7.8. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2017-2018 employment contracts for all recommended certified personnel. (See lists)
