4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the January meeting.

6. Audience Comments.

7. Vote on the following items for action and/or discussion:

7.1. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trip requests and fundraisers:

7.1.1. Wrestling Team overnight trip request to Regional and State Tournaments.(2)

7.1.2. Boys Golf overnight trip request to Guthrie and Ardmore Golf Tournaments. (2)

7.1.3. Sunset Elementary to raise money for program.

7.1.4. Mission Elementary to raise money for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

7.1.5. Mission R.A.W.K. Club to raise money for program.

7.1.6. High School Academic Team to raise money for program.

7.1.7. High School Media Productions to raise money for program.

7.1.8. Junior Class to raise money for prom.

7.1.9. Golf Team to raise money for program.

7.2. Motion to approve or disapprove the 2016-2017 audit contract and engagement letter with Sanders, Bledsoe, and Hewett.

7.3. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the retirements of Pam Ryburn, Sunset; and Beth Coble, Mission; and the resignations of Ginny Grellner, Sunset; and Anna Jaramillo, Middle School.

7.4. Motion to approve or disapprove the employment of Jim Parks, Transportation Assistant.

7.5. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss renewal of contracts for administrators for 2017-2018 school year. 25 O.S.307B(1)

7.6. Vote to reconvene in open session.

7.7. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment for the 2017-2018 school year for the following: Rhonda Tallent, Danny Harris, Jeff Barrett, Lavonda Bost, Tracie Steverson, Tony Summers, Larry Nunn, Lyn Grubb, Jowanna Hudson, and David Sullivan.
