1. Call to Order.

2. Roll Call.

4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the March meeting.

6. Recognize and honor Site Teachers of the Year and the District Teacher of the Year.

7. Audience Comments.

8. Vote on the following items for action and/or discussion:

8.1. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraisers:

8.1.1. FFA overnight trip request to State FFA Convention in Oklahoma City.

8.1.2. Middle School Chorus overnight trip to Tri-State Music Festival in Enid.

8.1.3. High School SADD Club to raise money for program.

8.1.4. Mission Elementary R.A.W.K.'d Club to raise money for program.

8.1.5. High School to raise money for program.

8.2. Administer Oath of Office and Loyalty Oath to elected board member Jackie McComas.

8.3. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the retirement of Maureen Owings, Sandy Harris, and Carol Pearce.

8.4. Consideration and vote convene in executive session to discuss non-certified and adjunct personnel for the 2016-2017 school year. 25 O.S. 307B (1).

8.5. Vote to reconvene in open session.

8.6. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2016-2017 employment contracts for all recommended non-certified and adjunct personnel. (See lists)

8.7. Vote to approve or disapprove the following for employment for 2016-2017:Cassandra Hendricks, Sunset secretary; Julie Josey, Mission instructional coach; Miranda Clift, Middle School counselor; and Tony Summers, High School principal.

8.8. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2016-2017 High School Academic Math and Science Credit Agreement with Caddo Kiowa Technology Center.

8.9. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2016-2017 Open Transfer Applications.
