1. Call to Order.

2. Roll Call.

3. Flag Salute.

4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the December meeting.

6. Audience Comments.

7. Vote on the following items for action and/or discussion:

7.1. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraiser requests:

7.1.1. Middle School and High School Band to raise money for program.

7.1.2. Football to raise money for program.

7.1.3. Middle School and High School Tennis to raise money for program.

7.1.4. Middle School Choir to raise money for program. (2)

7.1.5. Girls Basketball to raise money for program.

7.2. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of resignation of Jeff Parker, Maintenance.

7.3. Vote to approve or disapprove Lavonda Bost as the principal of Anadarko Middle School for 2016-2017.

7.4. Presentation of School Board Recognition Certificates in honor of School Board Recognition Month.

7.5. Vote to conduct hearing on the recommendation of the Superintendent for termination of Ada Thurston.

7.6. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss the employment status of Ada Thurston pursuant to 25 O.S.307(B)(1).

7.7. Vote to reconvene in open session.

7.8. Vote to adopt findings of fact and conclusions.

7.9. Vote to terminate or not to terminate Ada Thurston based on the adopted findings of fact and conclusions and direct Superintendent to notify Ada Thurston of the Board of Education's decision as required by law.

7.10. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to conduct the Superintendent’s annual evaluation and discuss renewal of contract for Superintendent for the 2016-2017 school year. 25 O.S. 307B (1)

7.11. Vote to reconvene in open session.

7.12. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Cindy Hackney as Superintendent for the 2016-2017 school year
