1. Call to Order.

3. Flag Salute.

4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the November meeting.

6. Audience Comments.

7. Vote on the following items for action and/or discussion:

7.1. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trips and/or fundraisers:

7.1.1. Baseball Team overnight trip request to Oolagah Tournament.

7.1.2. Baseball Team to raise money for program. (2)

7.1.3. Middle School 4-H to raise money for program.

7.1.4. High School 4-H to raise money for program.

7.2. Vote to approve or disapprove the request for New Activity Account for Winter Guard.

7.3. Hear comments from Native American tribal leaders and parents about Indian Policies and Procedures, in accordance with Title VIII, Impact Aid.

7.4. Vote to approve or disapprove Title VIII Indian Policies and Procedures as written or amended.

7.5. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the retirement of Doug Hall and Patricia Burns, Middle School; and resignation of Donald Dalton, Mission Elementary.

7.6. Discussion and possible vote to approve or disapprove the purchase of two Thomas Built Buses at State Contract Price.

7.7. Discussion and vote to set a date, time, and place for a hearing upon receipt of the recommendation for the termination of Ada Thurston from employment.

7.8. Consideration and vote to direct the Superintendent to mail a copy of the recommendation to Ada Thurston and to notify Ada Thurston of her right to a hearing and the date, time, and place of the hearing.

7.9. Discussion and vote to approve or disapprove the district calendar for the 2016-2017 school year.
