5. Reorganization of the Board of Education; appoint a president, vice president, and clerk.

6. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

7. Public Comments.

8. Approval of Minutes of the June regular meeting.

9. Approval of Minutes of the June special meeting.

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraiser requests.

10.1. East Elementary to raise money for program/Angela Toyebo. (6)
|
10.2. Middle School to raise money for program/Lavonda Bost. (2)
|
10.3. Middle School Library to raise money for program/AJ Miller.
|
10.4. Middle School Yearbook to raise money for program/Kelley McGlothlin.
|
10.5. Football to raise money for program/Kent Jackson.
|
10.6. High School Cheerleaders to raise money for program/Cindy Young.
|
11. Vote to approve or disapprove the usage of Activity Fund Accounts for Sunset, East, Mission, Middle School, and High School.

12. Vote to approve or disapprove a new activity account for Anadarko High School for Prom fundraising and donations.

13. Vote to approve or disapprove the transfer of activity account funds as requested:
Junior Class to Senior Class - $500.00 Junior Class to Prom Account - $1,250.00 |
14. Vote to approve or disapprove the agreement with the City of Anadarko for Emergency Medical Services Provided at Athletic Events or Activities held at Anadarko Public Schools.

15. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Sublease Agreement dates August 1, 2014 between the District and Caddo County Educational Facilities Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 as required under the provisions of the agreement.

16. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss employment of personnel for 2020-2021 school year as allowed by 25 O.S. 307B (1).
|
17. Vote to reconvene in open session.
|
18. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the resignations of Linda Guinn, Bus Monitor; Leonard Miller, High School Custodian; and Ed Taylor, Assistant Middle School Principal.

19. Vote to approve or disapprove the following for employment: James Racadio, Math/Robotic High School Teacher; Tammy Quoetone, Bus Monitor; and Kyndall Dolch, 2nd Grade Teacher, for the 2020-2021 school year.
