4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the April regular meeting.

6. Approval of Minutes of the April special meeting.

7. Public Comments.

8. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraiser:

8.1. AHS Baseball to raise money for program/Kevin Botone.

9. Vote to approve or disapprove the revision of District Policies:  BC-Safety Programs; EC-Attendance; and ED-Grading, Promotion, Retention, and Graduation.

10. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss certified, non-certified and adjunct personnel for the 2020-2021 school year. 25 O.S. 307B (1).

11. Vote to reconvene in open session.

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2020-2021 employment contracts for all recommended certified, non-certified and adjunct personnel. (See lists)

13. Vote to acknowledge the acceptance of the resignations of Dustin Davilla, High School Science Teacher; Kelsey Schumpert, East Elementary PE Teacher and Assistant High School Boys Basketball Coach; Darla Hendricks, East Elementary Teacher; and Debbie Gerst, East Elementary Secretary.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Jasa Lightfoot, 4th grade teacher and Michelle Smith, High School Math teacher for the 2020-2021 school year.
