1.  Public Hearing to Discuss Budget and Proposed Tax Rate.

Any taxpayer in the district may be present and participate.  The Board will hear
any public comments and discussion related to the proposed tax rate for the 2026
tax year.

2. Call meeting to order. (Call for quorum)

3. Allegiance to the American and Texas Flags.
a.    Pledge of Allegiance
b.    Pledge of Allegiance to the Texas Flag.
           Honor the Texas Flag, I pledge Allegiance to Thee, Texas, 
           One State under God, One and Indivisible.

4. OTHER ITEMS (DISCUSSION AND/OR ACTION)

4.a. Board approval to adopt the Budget Resolution as prepared by the Sabine Pass ISD administration for the 2025-               2026 school year. 

4.b. Recommendation to adopt the Ordinance to set the tax rate 
          $100.00 valuation for the district for Maintenance & Operations 
        at $0.64890 and Interest & Sinking at $0.28339 for the tax year
        2026.  Total Tax Rate $0.93229.
