1. Call to Order/Roll Call to establish quorum 

2. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the monthly encumbrances for FY25:

3. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve Emily Severe as an adjunct teacher at Miami Junior High School to teach in the area of Business Education for Career Technology for the 2024-2025 school year. 

4. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve Aaron Bland as an adjunct teacher at Miami High School to teach in the area of Business Education for Career Technology for the 2024-2025 school year. 

5. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve Nazareth Myers as an adjunct teacher at Wilson Elementary to teach in the area of Physical Education for the 2024-2025 school year. 

6. Proposed Executive Session for the items listed below, which are all authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).
     

6.A. Discuss those employees listed on the attached personnel agenda sheet

7. Convene or not convene into executive session

8. Acknowledge board’s return to Open Session.

9. Executive session minutes compliance announcement.

10. The Board will vote to approve or not approve the employment of Certified personnel, per the attached agenda personnel sheet located outside Miami Public Schools Administrative Office 601 16th NW, Miami, OK. 74354 in display box.

11. The Board will vote to approve or not approve the employment of Support personnel, per the attached agenda personnel sheet located outside Miami Public Schools Administrative Office 601 16th NW, Miami, OK. 74354 in display box.
