6.C. The Board will take consideration and vote to elect or not to elect the following as new member of the board of directors of the Oklahoma Public School Investment Interlocal Cooperative (55K001):

• Position No. 10:  Roger Adair(OASBO), Executive Director of Oklahoma Association of School Business Officials, to a 2024-2028 term.

7. Proposed Executive Session for the items listed below, which are all authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).
     

7.A. Discuss ongoing Superintendent Evaluation in the area of finance. 

7.B. Discuss those employees listed on the attached personnel agenda sheet
