6. Items to be considered by the Board

6.A. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the updated Miami Public Schools Coaching Assignments and Stipends List for the 2022-23 school year. 

6.B. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the attached list(s) of various inventory as surplus property and authorize the Superintendent to sell or dispose of said property in the best interest of the district. 

6.C. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the expenditure budget for Miami Public Schools for the fiscal year 2023. 

7. Proposed Executive Session for the items listed below, which are all authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).
     

7.A. Discuss ongoing Superintendent Evaluation in the area of Board/Superintendent Relationship

7.B. Discuss those employees listed on the attached personnel agenda sheet

8. Convene or not convene into executive session

9. Acknowledge board’s return to Open Session.
