2. The Board will discuss with a possible vote to approve or not approve the following encumbrances for FY23

• General Fund payroll encumbrances-70371-70373
• Bond Fund 33 accounts payable-None
• Bond Fund 34 accounts payable-None
• Bond Fund 35 accounts payable-None
• Bond Fund 36 accounts payable-None
• Bond Fund 37 accounts payable-None
• Child Nutrition accounts payable encumbrances-None
• Child Nutrition payroll encumbrances-None
• Building Fund encumbrances-None

3. The Board will discuss with a possible vote to approve or not approve the construction management contract with Brewer Construction for the Miami High School Physical Education Addition. 

4. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the Estimate of Needs for the 2022-2023 school year. 

5. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve Kanyen Cole as an adjunct teacher for Miami High School to teach Biological Science for the 2022-2023 school year.

6. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the resignation of Board Member, Dr. Mark Folks, Seat # 3.
