5.H. Agreement between OKES (Oklahoma Energy Source) and Miami Public Schools for natural gas sales for the 2022-2023 school year.

5.I. MOU between Eastern Shawnee Tribal Police Department K-9 handler and Miami Public Schools for the 2022-2023 school year.  

6. Items to be considered by the Board

6.A. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve handbooks for Miami High School, Miami Junior High School, Nichols Upper Elementary, and Lower Elementaries for the 2022-23 school year. 

6.B. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the updates to Miami Public Schools Board of Education Policy DEBA: Personnel Vacations.

6.C. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the updates to Miami Public Schools Board of Education Policy DEE-R: Travel and Expenses.

6.D. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the updates to Miami Public Schools Board of Education Policy DNAB: Support Staff Evaluations.

6.E. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the updates to Miami Public Schools Board of Education Policy DNAB-R1: Evaluation for Support Personnel.

6.F. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the proposed new Board of Education Policy EMG: Animals in School. 

6.G. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the Oklahoma Department of Career Technology Education Contract for Secondary Career and Technology Programs for the 2022-2023 school year.  

7. Proposed executive session to :

     A. Discuss those employees listed on the attached personnel agenda sheet

All of these items are authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).
