4. Consent Agenda:
All of the following items, which concern reports and items of routine nature normally approved at a board meeting, will be approved by one vote, unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items.  The consent agenda consists of approval of the following items:

5. Items to be considered by the Board

5.A. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the renewal quote from Oklahoma School Assurance Group (OSAG) for Worker's Compensation Insurance for the 2022-2023 school year. 

5.B. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the updates to the Miami Public Schools Board of Education Policy Manual. 

5.C. The Board will vote to approve or not approve the updates to Miami Public Schools Board of Education Policy FE - Student Transfers, which will establish grade level capacities to meet the statutory deadline of July 1. 

6. Proposed executive session to :

1.   Discuss those employees listed on the attached personnel agenda sheet

All of these items are authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).

11. The Board will vote to approve or not approve the resignation of Support personnel, per the attached agenda personnel sheet located outside Miami Public Schools Administrative Office 2116 Rockdale Blvd, Miami, OK. 74354 in display box.
