6. Items to be considered by the Board

6.A. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the following procedures for Miami Public Schools.
|
|
6.B. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve to adopt Policy # 3136 Compensation.
|
|
6.C. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve to adopt Policy # 3137 Conflict of Interest.
|
|
6.D. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve to adopt Policy # 4421 Student Access.
|
|
6.E. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve to adopt Policy# 5435 Federal Programs Complaint.
|
|
6.F. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the schedule of regular board meetings; setting the time, date, and location for the 2021 calendar.

6.G. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Miami and Miami Public Schools for use and maintenance of Joe Pollock Sports Complex for the 2020-2021 school year.

6.H. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Dayspring and Miami Public Schools to provide support for students for the 2020-2021 school year.
|
|
6.I. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve the Memorandum of Understanding between CREOKS Behavioral Health Services, Inc. and Miami Public Schools to provide support for students for the 2020-2021 school year.

|
6.J. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve District Budget for FY2021.
|

7. The Board will discuss and vote to approve or not approve to enter into Executive Session as authorized by Title 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1): to conduct ongoing evaluation of the Superintendent for November and the evaluation is Finance; discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of those employees listed on the personnel agenda sheet attached located outside Miami Public Schools Administrative Office, 26 N Main, Miami, OK. 74354 in the display box.
