Dates and time to be announced. October 22, 2026, ECC students to Highland Bloom Farm, pumpkin patch. October 30, 2026, ECC students to Munchkin Day at the NE Tech Center, Kansas campus, 9:30-10:30am. September 16, 2026, 9th & 10th grade Gear UP field trip to NSU, Tahlequah, OK November 3, 2026, Sophomore Showcase field trip to Northeast Tech. November 12, 2026, 8th grade to tour OSU-IT. 6.g. Approve the Northeast Tech Health Careers Instructors as a Certified Adjunct Instructor to teach Anatomy & Physiology (5333) to high school students for academic credit, as applicable.

6.h. Approve subscription from Hudl, Inc. for the 2026-2027 SY.

6.i. Approve estimate of needs for the 2026–2027 SY.

6.j. Approve Kelly Grossman, Director of Business Services, as authorizing representative for all Insurance Matters, Expenditure Reports and Federal Claims for the District for the 2026-2027 school year.

6.m. Approve the appointment of members listed to the GT Local Advisory Committee for the 2026-2027 SY.

6.n. Approve update of policy GK - Use of School Grounds and Recreational Facilities, to remove #5. No organized athletic leagues will be permitted on school grounds on Sunday.

6.o. Vote to approve the Estimate of Needs as prepared by Patten & Odom, CPAs, PLLC for the 2026-2027 SY.

7. Proposed Executive Session
Discuss, then vote to approve or disprove going into executive session for the purpose of discussing the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, discipline or resignation of any individual public officer or employee, and to hold an appeal hearing on the denial of the transfer of student 762289 where disclosure of information, including the name of the student, would violate confidentiality requirements of the state and federal law as authorized by OKLA. STAT. tit. 25, Section 307 (B) (7). 8.b. Vote to increase John Yoder one hour per day for a total of six hours per day for the 2026-2027 SY as a custodian.

8.c. Vote to hire Daniel Hollaway as a Technology-Network Administrator on a temporary contract for the 2026-2027 SY.
|

8.d. Vote to approve an additional school employee for the armed security team.
|
|
8.e. Consideration and vote to affirm or overturn the denial of the transfer of student 762289.
|
