EMAIL MESSAGE SENT OUT FROM MR. HARDEN - First let me apologize for the error that is causing the necessity of an emergency Board meeting (see Policy 2411 - NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETINGS attached as "BOE - EM.pdf" regarding the June - Claims List. A file attachment error on the part of the business office sent the May - Claims List to the BOE for approval at last nights meeting. However, the June - Claims List is what should have been approved. Therefore, the need for the "EMERGENCY BOE MEETING". Please see the attached June - Claims Listing as "Bills.pdf". Please accept this e-mail as notice, agenda, action item, and call for vote on the attached June - Claims List. Vote by replying to all and please be sure to copy the text of this e-mail in your response\VOTE also.
