2. Appeal hearing for Jeff Taylor regarding the Superintendent’s directive to leave school property and not return for six months:

2.A. Presentation of basis and supporting facts by Superintendent or his representative regarding his directive to Mr. Taylor to leave school property and not return for six months and questions by the Board of Education.

2.B. Presentation in opposition to Superintendent’s directive to Mr. Taylor to leave school property and not return for six months by Mr. Taylor or his representative and questions by the Board of Education.

3. Proposed Executive Session to discuss the information presented by the Superintendent and Mr. Taylor involving student “A” where disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law as authorized by OKLA.STAT. title 25, § 307 (B)(7).

3.A. Vote to convene in Executive Session

3.B. Acknowledge return to Open Session.
|
|
3.C. Executive Session minutes compliance announcement

3.D. Discussion, consideration and vote to uphold, modify or overturn the decision of Superintendent directing Mr. Taylor to leave school property and not return for six months.
