1. Call to order and roll call:

2. Discussion and possible motion to accept and award bids for Replacement HVAC at Emerson Elementary, Horace Mann Elementary, Woodrow Wilson Elementary, and various other district sites as part of the DPS 2020 Vision Bond projects by Hope Equipment and Construction, Inc.

3. Proposed Executive Session to discuss:  (a) Pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1) Retirements, resignations, hiring of employees, employment, rehiring and changes to employment contracts of current and prospective District employees as outlined on Schedule A, inclusive.

4. Vote to acknowledge the Board’s return to Open Session
Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement/Statement:  The matters considered, Proposed Executive Session to discuss:  (a) Pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1) Retirements, resignations, hiring of employees, employment, rehiring and changes to employment contracts of current and prospective District employees as outlined on Schedule A, inclusive.  No action was taken in Executive Session.
