Blanchard Public Schools, Case No. CJ-2020-710, District Court of Oklahoma County, a pending investigation, claim, or action of the public body, with the advice of its attorney, the Board having been advised by its attorney that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the School District to conduct the pending litigation in the public interest, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25 § 307(B)(4).
