III. Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of:
Confidential discussions with the school attorney about the Letter of Warning and Request for Remediation received from the Oklahoma State Department of Education on the advice of the school attorney that disclosure would seriously impair the ability of the Board to respond to the Letter of Warning and Request for Remediation in the public interest - 25 O.S. Sec 307 (B)(4)

1. Vote to convene or not convene into Executive Session.
2. Acknowledge the Board has returned from Executive Session.
3. Executive Session Statement of Minutes.

IV. Discussion and possible Board action to authorize the Superintendent to take all appropriate action to appeal the OSDE Letter of Warning and Request for Remediation, including to request an appeal hearing. - Dr. Daniel
