IV.G. Vote to approve to renew the lease agreement between Mid-Del Public Schools and Rachel Proper (d.b.a. Kinder Castle) for the 2024-2025 FY. This is for lease of the real property adjacent to the Mid-Del Schools Central Warehouse. This area is 25 feet by 175 feet and sits on the west side of the Warehouse.
