I. Opening Exercises:

I.A. Call to Order and roll-call recording of members present and absent

I.B. Moment of Silence

II. Approval of the agenda.

III. Vote to approve or not approve return of funds to Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) in the amount of $46,823.96 for the FY2007 E-rate application. An E-rate audit conducted in FY2009 determined the E-rate discount calculation was improperly calculated resulting in USAC sending a demand letter to return funds.- Ms. Woodard

IV. Vote to approve or not approve a Resolution authorizing the sale of the District's General Obligation Building Bonds, Series 2023B, and setting forth the following items:

A. Fixing the amount of bonds to mature each year
B. Fixing the time and place the bonds are to be sold
C. Authorizing the Clerk to give notice of said sale as required by law
