I.A. Call to Order and roll-call recording of members present and absent

II. Approval of the agenda.

III. Discussion and vote to employ Rosenstein Fist Ringold to advise the Board of Education during due process hearings. - Ms. Huston

IV. Due Process Hearing for Ms. Tawnya Bilyeu regarding her possible dismissal:
A. Board President shall convene the hearing, state the purpose of the hearing, introduce the parties and administer an oath to all persons who will testify. Upon request of either party, the President may exclude from the hearing room the witnesses not at the time under examination, except that a party to the proceeding and their representatives may not be excluded.
B. Opening statement by attorney for the Superintendent
C. Opening statement by Ms. Bilyeu or her attorney
D. Presentation of evidence by attorney for the Superintendent, subject to cross-examination by Ms. Bilyeu or her attorney and questions from the Board of Education.
E. Presentation of evidence by Ms. Bilyeu or her attorney, subject to cross-examination by the attorney for the Superintendent and questions from the Board of Education.
F. Presentation of rebuttal and surrebuttal evidence, as necessary
G. Closing statement by Ms. Bilyeu or her attorney

V. Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of:

V.A. To discuss the dismissal or not of Ms. Tawnya Bilyeu and to discuss possible Findings of Fact pursuant to Title 25 O.S., §307(B)(1) and (B)(7)
1. Vote to convene in Executive Session
2. Acknowledge the Board has returned from Executive Session
3. Statement of Minutes of Executive Session

VI. Vote to adopt or not adopt Findings of Fact concerning Superintendent's recommendation for the dismissal of Ms. Tawnya Bilyeu.

VII. Vote to dismiss or not dismiss Ms. Tawnya Bilyeu.

VIII. Discussion and vote on motion to instruct the Superintendent to notify Ms. Tawnya Bilyeu of the Board's decision including the basis of the decision and the Findings of Fact.

IX. Discussion and possible action on any resignations received to date.

X. Adjourn
