1. Midwest City High School to compete in the Choir Competition at the Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie, TX, on April 27-29, 2020. Expenses to be paid by Project Code 868, personal funds and donations.
2. Carl Albert High School Baseball to compete in the Coach Bob Open Invitational Festival in Phoenix, AZ, on March 16-20, 2020. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization funds, Homerun Club, personal funds and donations.
3. Cleveland Bailey Elementary Special Olympics team to participate in the Special Olympics State Games in Stillwater, OK, on May 13-14, 2020. Expenses to be paid by School Activity fund 64, Project Code 883, Special Olympics.
4. Carl Albert High School Vocal Music to compete at the Jr. High All-State Convention and Vocal Music Competition in Oklahoma City, OK, on January 9-11, 2020. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization funds.
5. Carrie Newnam and Jerrica Real, Administration, to attend the Edge University for PowerSchool training in Orlando, FL, on March 29-April 4, 2020. Expenses to be paid by Project Code 044, Technology.
6. Kerr Middle School Vocal Music to attend the Oklahoma Choral Director's Association Junior High All-State Honor Choir in Oklahoma City, OK, on January 9-11, 2020. Expenses to be paid by School Activity funds, Project Code 868.
7. Leila Velasco, Administration, to attend TESOL 2020 International Convention and English Language Expo in Denver, CO, on March 31- April 3, 2020. Expenses to be paid by Title III, Project Code 572.
8. Van Guillotte, Jamie Clure, Dana Johnson, Gilda Suarez, Jenny Bloyed, Taneya Dossey, Marla Junghanns, Linda Harke and Lynn Cunningham, Good Shepherd, to attend the TCEA Convention & Expo in Austin, TX, on February 2-7, 2020. Expenses to be paid by Title II, Project Code 541.
9. Darla Woodard, Patrice Tucker, Alexandria McGhee and Yvonne Sanchez, Steed Elementary, to attend the Model Schools Conference on June 28-July 1, 2020, in Orlando, FL. Expenses to be paid by Title I, Project Code 511.

Del City High School Eagle Press staff won Sweepstakes at the Oklahoma Scholastic Media's Fall Media Monday State Yearbook competition for the third year in a row. They also won the ranking of All Oklahoma and Highest Honors and the Diversity Award.

IV.A. Public Participation
Persons who address the Board during the public participation portion of the regular Board meeting must meet the following qualifications:
  1. Not, use the public participation portion of the Board meeting to make slanderous, abusive and personal statements against any individual. The President of the Board may rule any speaker out of order who makes such statements.
  2. Not, speak regarding litigation pending against the District or employees of the District.
  3. Not, speak regarding a matter that is currently the subject of an investigation being conducted by the District or its agents or attorneys, or which is the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation.

VI. Discussion and possible Board action regarding appointment of 2020 OSSBA Legislative Liaison. - Mr. Blanton
VII. Vote to approve or not approve FY 19 Audit ending June 30, 2019. - Ms. Carlberg
VIII. Vote to approve or not approve hiring Braillist Laquano Sango to transcribe documents for a visually impaired Mid-Del student. The cost of these services should not exceed $7,500.00 for the 2019-2020 school year to be paid from Special Services Flow through Fund, Project Code 621; Impact Aid Fund, Project Code 592; and General Fund, Project Code 000. - Mrs. Dunn
IX. Vote to approve or not approve purchase of registrations for the PLC at Work Institutes, summer 2020, from Solution Tree for a total cost of $118,283.00 to be paid by Title II, Project Code 541, and Title I, Project Code 511. Solution Tree is the sole source vendor for the registrations. - Mrs. Dunn
X. Vote to approve or not approve an increase in the contract for Supplemental Health Care to provide additional Speech Language Pathology services to the Midwest City-Del City School District for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. The cost for this contract is currently $150,000.00 and we would like to increase it by $150,000.00 for a total of $300,000.00 for the entire 2019-2020 school year. This will be funded from Special Services Flow Through Fund, Project Code 621; Impact Aid Fund, Project Code 592; and General Fund, Project Code 000. - Mrs. Dunn
XI. Vote to approve or not approve purchase of Google G Suite Enterprise for Education from Amplified IT for the amount of $24,019.20 to be paid from Project Code 044. This is the first year of a three year renewable contract. - Mr. Shelden
XII. Vote to approve or not approve the 2020-2021 Mid-Del Schools student calendar. - Dr. Perez
XIII. Vote to approve or not approve changes to Board Policy C-22, "Grievance Procedures for Filing, Processing, and Resolving Alleged Discrimination Complaints". - Dr. Perez
XIV. Vote to approve or not approve the offering of a one-time, $5,000.00 incentive payment to certified administrators who are fully eligible for retirement in the State of Oklahoma. - Dr. Perez
