Persons who address the Board during the public participation portion of the regular Board meeting must meet the following qualifications:

1. Not, use the public participation portion of the Board meeting to make slanderous,
   abusive and personal statements against any individual. The President of the Board
   may rule any speaker out of order who makes such statements.
2. Not, speak regarding litigation pending against the District or employees of the District.
3. Not, speak regarding a matter that is currently the subject of an investigation being conducted by the District or its agents or attorneys, or which is the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation.

VII.C. Donation of $7,500.00 from Ortho Plus, Keith Holliman, to help purchase a new scoreboard for the baseball field at Carl Albert High School.

VII.D. Donation of $7,500.00 from Brown's Driving School, Dewayne Brown, to help purchase a new scoreboard for the baseball field at Carl Albert High School.

1. Purchase 90 HP Chromebook 11 G6 Laptop computers from SHI for Highland Park Elementary for a total cost of $27,708.30. This expense will be paid from Title IA, Project Code 511 funds.
2. Purchase 2016 ElDorado National Aerotech shuttle from Summit Truck Group, Statewide.Contract #SW0110, in the amount of $56,800.00. This expense to be paid from the Mid-Del Technology Center, Building Fund 23, Project Code 032.
3. Purchase of 105 HP 14 G5 Chromebooks for Carl Albert High School, Del City High School, Midwest City High School and the Administration Building. The Chromebooks will be purchased from Project Code 361 in the amount of $24,529.50 and Bond Fund 35 in the amount of $9,811.80 for a total cost of $34,341.30.

XV. Vote to approve or not approve permission to sell a Konica Minolta copier in the Mid-Del Technology Department's Graphic Design class at fair market value instead of declaring it as surplus property. - Mr. Mendenhall

Vote to approve or not approve Thompson Educational Furnishings for procurement of Band room furniture and equipment, as part of the "District-wide Improvement" projects at Kerr Middle School and Monroney Middle School. Unit pricing per Oklahoma Purchasing Contract #R-16000-16. The cost per site is $46,729.01 and $44,357.87, respectively, for a total project cost of $91,086.88 to be paid by Bond Fund 35, Lease Revenue 08. - Mr. Bryan

XVIII. Vote to approve or not approve the first year of a three-year renewal contract with Cintas Corporation for uniform rental services for FY 20. The uniforms will be worn by Mid-Del Maintenance Department personnel. Unit pricing per cooperative purchase agreement through U.S. Communities Contracts #8487, #8162 & #8996. Prorated cost of contract is approximately $2,981.20 per month with a total contract cost of approximately $26,830.80 for FY 20. XIX. Vote to approve or not approve Digi Security Systems for procurement of security camera equipment and licensing packages at Kerr Middle School and Monroney Middle School.
