III. Vote to approve or not approve the following gifts/donations: - Dr. Cobb
A. Mid-Del Public Schools Foundation to donate $30,000.00 for the purpose of acquiring technology for students to use in remote learning conditions.

IV. Vote to approve or not approve changes to the District's Return-to-Learn Plan. - Dr. Cobb

V. Vote to approve or not approve changes to the academic calendar for the 2020-2021 calendar year. - Dr. Perez

VI. Vote to approve or not approve the purchase of Edgenuity for use as the district's content management system for K-12 students was Board approved on July 22, 2020, for up to $300,000.00. Due to higher than expected enrollment, we need to increase the amount by an additional $600,000.00 for a total not to exceed $900,000.00 to be paid by Bond Fund 35, Project Code 044, and/or Title IA, Neglected Subpart 2, Project Code 518. - Dr. Ehrich.
