4. Discuss and take action to approve the 2025-2026 School Calendar.

5. Discuss and take action to approve the policy EMDB to be added to the policy handbook.

6. Discuss and take action to approve the use of electronic signatures on checks that have been approved by the board of education at a lawfully convened meeting under an appropriately worded agenda item prior to payment, printing, and transfer of the checks. The administration will ensure that segregation of duties exists and that all checks are reviewed by multiple individuals regarding lawfully approved payments by the school district.

8. Discuss and take action to transfer $2,850.00 from activity account #839 Basketball Concession to the General Fund to pay winter sports event workers.
