Call to order and establish a quorum.

Thank Justin Glazier for his continuing support for Lomega Public Schools by agreeing to serve another 5 year term on the Lomega Board of Education.  

Administer Oath of Office

Reorganize the Board.

Election of Board Officers, Motion and Vote to elect the following:

Vice President

Clerk

Vote to approve the agenda as part of the minutes.

Vote to approve the regular March 6 meeting minutes.

Vote to approve the Special March 16 meeting minutes

Vote to approve the Special April 5th meeting minutes.

Vote to approve the Special April 10 meeting minutes.

Recognition of visitors and community involvement.

Consent Agenda

Approve Juliette Lentz as authorized School Food Authority Representatives for the Child Nutrition Program. 

Board to review and approve district wellness policy.

Proposed executive session for the purpose of discussing the
selection of a superintendent for the 2023-2024 school year
employment, possible terms of employment and possible offer of
employment, as authorized by 25 Okla. Stat. Section 307 B. 1 & 7.

a. Vote to convene in executive session.
b. Vote to acknowledge return to open session.
c. Executive session compliance announcement including
statement of executive session minutes.

Consideration and vote to select an individual to be the new
Superintendent of Schools starting July 1, 2023, and to offer that
individual the position of Lomega Superintendent of Schools
effective July 1, 2023, subject to the execution of a written contract
approved by the Board of Education at a future meeting of the
Board.
