4. Public Hearing for the purpose of taking public comment on financial matters, including past and future expenditures of the district.   Section D of O.S. 70-5 134.1
The board shall adopt a final budget for the current fiscal year not later than forty-five (45) days or the second regularly scheduled board meeting after the school district has received notification from the County Excise Board that the estimate of needs has been approved.  Section E of O.S. 70-5-134.1
 

5. Discussion, Consideration, and Action on the negotiated agreement for certified personnel for the 2019-2020 school year.

6. Discussion, Consideration,and Action on Certified Personnel Salary Schedule for the 2019-2020 school year.

7. Discussion, Consideration and Action on the Support Personnel Salary Schedule and benefits for the 2019-2020 school year.

8. Discussion, Consideration, and Action on Spanish Club Proposal.
