A. Fran Burkhalter and Kate Maxey as adjunct instructors for academic credit in Anatomy for the 2019-2020 school year.

9. Consideration and vote to approve or not approve all new open transfer student requests for the 2019-2020 school year and to ratify and confirm the cancellation of the open transfer of students # 219827, 219728, 219824 & 219825 for the 2019-2020 school year.

10. Discussion, Consideration and Action on resolution to authorize Angie French to serve as treasurer and invest any and all funds for Oktaha Public Schools for the 2019-2020 fiscal year.

11. Discussion, Consideration and Action on a warrant purchase agreement with Fort Gibson State Bank for non-payable warrants for the 2019-2020 fiscal year.

12. Discussion, Consideration and Action to approve resolution(s) to transfer monies in the Elementary and High School Activity Funds.

A. resolution to transfer from the Bond Fund (32) in the amount of $13,822.81 to the General Fund (11)
B. resolution to transfer from the Bond Fund (33) in the amount of $8,500 to the General Fund (11)
C. resolution to transfer from the building fund (21)  in the amount of $104,772.67 to the General Fund (11)
